     What qualities do you look for or consider when buying a pair of shoes? For me, it's always comfort because I have a very, when I say very it's very, very, sensitive feet. I get blisters and corns easily that's why I always make sure to buy the style that will take me to many places, literally.

     I never thought that an expensive brand such as Cole Haan has designs that are fashionable yet comfortable to wear. Extraordinary comes to life when Cole Haan Philippines opened their 7th store at Ayala Malls The 30th and I'm one of the lucky guests who got the first dibs on the reveal of their 2017 Fall Collection.      Aside from the store opening of Cole Haan, that day was the big reveal of the latest collections- GrandEvølution, GrandMøtion and StudiøGrand.

     The store follows the design of the brand’s stores in the United States. The neutral color palette that's traditional and modern best describes the 107-square meter space. It is well lit that's why I was able to take a nice photo to show the details of the shoes. The display includes men's and women's footwear, apparel, handbags and accessories.

• The shoes, which are lightweight and comfortable, are must haves for the stylish guy's shoe collection.
• This collection is what hubby recommends if you want comfort and style in one. He said that the design can be worn in different outfits- casual, semi-formal, and athletic weight. It's one of the athleisure essentials.

3. StudiøGrand

• StudiøGrand footwear was designed in collaboration with three dancers from New York City Ballet, including principal dancer Sara Mearns.
• The pairs in black, blue, and nude are highly recommended by yours truly. Look at the style, can be worn in all types of outfit- dress, jeans, shorts, and skirts :)

     There's short program during the event. A mini catwalk happened where the models strutted the runway wearing these Golas! Looking at the photos, you can see them wear their Golas in different outfits that's wearable and stylish.

     Gola also introduced their brand ambassadors who joined these models wearing their favorite Gola sneakers. The Practical Guide to Dressing for a Festival

     Festival season is well underway, and this summer is seeing many of us heading off to our very first festival event. And there’s definitely enough choice in the shops when it comes to our fashion choices, from dainty crop tops to patterned playsuits, deciding what to wear can be quite a task! But, what are the real essentials, and what’s going to be a practical choice whilst still looking bang on trend for festival fashion? Read on to find out what’s best to – and not to – wear if you’re planning on going to a festival this summer.

Playsuits Aren’t Practical

     Although the majority of us are sure to want to copy the style of Vanessa Hudgens who looked amazing in a pretty little playsuit at Coachella, the truth is, playsuits are definitely not the most practical of outfits to wear for a festival. If it gets chilly and you need to use the portaloo, the last thing that you’re going to want to do is get undressed in that small amount of space. 

The Practical Guide to Dressing for a Festival

     Dresses are a lot more practical at a festival if you’re looking for something just as cute as a playsuit. Choose a light, flowy dress with a trendy print – geometrical, floral and animal prints are all massive trends for this summer that will look fabulous, whatever festival you’re planning to attend. 

Flared Trousers

     Another fashion comeback that’s a huge trend this summer are flared trousers. However, if you’re thinking of wearing a pair of these to a festival, they’re not the most practical of choices – by day three when there’s no grass in sight and everything’s turned to mud, they’ll be your worst enemy as they drag along the floor and get you covered in mud. Plus, if you’re wearing wellies, are they going to look good together?

Denim Shorts

     You can’t get more practical at a festival than a simple pair of denim shorts. Paired with a floaty blouse, crop top, vest top and a pair of wellies – there really is nothing that basic denim shorts won’t go with. If you’re worried about feeling the cold, you could even take a pair of plain black leggings or tights to wear underneath, and you still won’t ruin your look. Yes, we’ve decided that when it comes to practical, fashionable festival wear, denim shorts are your best friend. Available to buy from almost anywhere, you really can’t go wrong!

Footwear

     Although you might want to pull out your favorite sandals especially if the weather’s forecast to be good, the most practical footwear that you can choose for a festival is a pair of wellies. After a couple of days even in dry weather the amount of people are sure to churn up some mud and muck, and the last thing you want to be doing is walking around getting your feet wet and dirty. Whether you choose to buy a pair of cheap wellies for the occasion or invest in a stronger, sturdier more expensive pair, we can’t stress enough how important it is to wear wellies – or at least waterproof footwear – at a festival this summer. 

Bags

     Festivals are jam packed full of people, so the last thing that you want to be doing is worrying about whether or not somebody’s pinching something out of your bag. Expect to be jostled around and pushed into a lot as well, so taking your five hundred dollar designer handbag to a festival is probably not the best of ideas. Instead, invest in a cheap rucksack, body-cross bag or even a bum bag where you can store any valuables, tickets, and money rather than leaving these items in your tent. 

Accessories

     When it comes to accessories you really can go wild at a festival, with everything from body jewelry to elaborate floral headdresses available. However, some accessories you’re really not going to want to forget – remember to protect yourself from the sun by wearing a pair of sunglasses, or at the very least a hat. Floppy hats are really in this summer, so why not wear one of those to keep yourself in the shade and looking fashionable and trendy at the same time.

     When it comes to choosing a good pair of shoes for Kenzo, I always consider style and comfort. Kenzo has sensitive feet. Like mother like son, huh? I have sensitive feet that's why choosing the most comfortable foot wear for me is tedious. Good thing I discovered a shoe store that offers comfort and up to date style of foot wear for the little boys and girls. I'm glad that there's a unique shoe store for kids in the name of Meet My Feet. 

     We visited Meet My Feet Fairview Terraces branch last January to check out the latest foot wear for boys. Upon reaching the store, Kenzo run hurriedly inside and sat in one of the elephant stools. He also reached some toys that were on display. I worried because he might broke something but it's actually there for the kids to play with. The unique concept of Meet My Feet's interactive play had helped me chose the pair of shoes for Kenzo fuss-free.      There are two things that I dislike when wearing shoes whether closed or peep toe- pain and discomfort. As I've told you before, I have a very sensitive feet. My toes easily get blistered and corns eventually follow after wearing one of the so called comfy foot wear by women like flats and sandals. Until now, I only have a few pairs of shoes that gives temporary comfort. It's temporary because I only wear them for 1-2 hours max, I always bring extra pair of slippers and yes it's mandatory for me to change foot wear after an event or event after running errands. 

     So when Martha emailed me about Skechers GOWalk2 event, I immediately said yes because I've heard that one of the comfiest shoes here on earth were already born and made especially for walking. I think heavens have heard my woes about this foot wear dilemma of mine. I think all of you are excited to see what happened during the event and how I survived a day of wearing Skechers GOWalk2 the whole day!     Hi dearies! I'm so excited to share with you my niece's ootd wearing Attipas Baby Functional Shoes. I was so curious about this baby/toddler shoes when I saw a baby wearing one last year. But too bad, I don't have a baby who will wear the shoes and my son who is 5 years old already will not fit in their largest shoe size.
