     We are now on the second year of this pandemic and most of us have adapted the new normal way of living. I presume that you already mastered the basics when it comes to Covid-19 safety protocols and have strictly imposed these in your homes. The pandemic has taught me a lot when it comes to health and wellness and one of them is making sure that I take my daily dose of vitamins and supplements.

     My number one vitamin on the list is vitamin c. This immune booster and powerful antioxidant can neutralize harmful radicals in the body. It helps heal wounds faster, fight coughs and colds to name a few that's why there's always a supply in my stash for a month or two. Having that said, I've tried different brands of vitamin c even before the pandemic that I also shared here on the blog.      Hello, dearies! I’ve been taking and reviewing collagen supplements for years now and late last year, I discovered a new, fun, and delicious way of taking it through chewing! Product Review: Meiji Amino Collagen Powder 2018

     Hello dearies! Sharing my thoughts on the newest formulation of the infamous collagen brand- Meiji Amino Collagen Powder. If my memory serves me right, this is the 3rd time I'm going to review this collagen brand. I saw positive effects during the time I'm taking it that's why reviewing it again to see if it has the same results after finishing one can for a month.

     I've tried a handful of collagen supplements in the past and I have favorites that really delivers in making my skin moist, supple, and glowing. I'm happy that collagen supplements are now available in different forms- powder and juice drink, tablet, gummy, and candy to name a few. But I have this love-hate relationship with collagen because it adds a visible weight to my round face shape.

     For women who have slim facial features, you're lucky because most of the collagen supplements are designed to plump the skin making your face look less haggard. It gives an extra lift to sagging cheeks.
