     One of the downsides of living in a tropical country is the humidity. In the Philippines, being under the sun is something we experience regardless of the season.  However, the summer months bring on harsher heat and dry weather that even indirect sunlight can cause sunburn and skin damage. Watsons Make Your Summer Campaign

     So it's summer dearies, what are your plans? Where to this summer 2017? My summer started early, last week to be exact for our Singapore Tour. Travelling abroad is one of the things that I want to tick off my bucket list this year and I'm grateful that I went there with my son.

     I'm so meticulous when travelling because I want to make sure I have all the essentials with me especially with skin care products. Summer means more sunscreen to use because of frequent sun exposure. Good thing that I have tons of sunblock and these was given by Watsons during their Make Your Summer Campaign launch.      Did you know that petroleum jelly has many uses? When I was in grade school, I always see a tub of petroleum jelly in my mom's vanity table. I'm not interested to know that time that's why I just ignore the tub and never dare asked her what's it for.

     Fast forward when I was in high school, I had a sunburn that's so annoying because it is so painful and itchy. Mom handed me a tub of petroleum jelly and told me to apply the jelly in the affected area to lessen the pain. After that, my sunburn healed and I became curious on other uses of petroleum jelly.
