Product Review: Natura Organics Lokal Matte Lipstick/ Supra Matte Liquid Lipstick

     As promised, here's a short review of Natura Organics Lipsticks in Lokal Matte and Supra Matte Liquid variants. They sent six shades housed in a classy bullet made of sturdy acrylic glass. The gold logo of the brand is beautifully stamped in the tube. Since the tube is transparent, I can easily see through it the pretty shades of red, pink and nude. These lipsticks are certified organic, cruelty-free, vegan, and made of natural ingredients.

     Natura Organics launches a newly formulated, highly pigmented lipstick collection called Lokal Matte, which is creamy matte texture, smells and tastes deliciously (banana, strawberry, and melon), blended with natural and organic oils and butter to keep lips moisturized and hydrated. The colors are also fantastic, ranging from a variety of nudes to the darkest plum. On the other hand, the liquid version of this is called Supra Matte Liquid. What I like:

• It's natural and organic.
• Vegan and cruelty-free.
• The packaging- classy and sturdy. I like that there's a touch of gold in the bullet that also makes it look luxurious. The acrylic bullet is heavier than regular types making it sturdy even if it accidentally falls on the ground.
• The scent- has a semi-sweet scent that is not overpowering.
• Natura Organics offer a wide array of shades for both Lokal and Supra Matte lipsticks.
• Both have a cooling sensation on the lips that makes it comfortable to wear.
• Lokal and Supra Matte are very pigmented. You get full coverage for a single swipe.
• The Lokal Matte has a creamy texture that is easy to use and goes opaque after one swipe. The matte formula is not drying and feels light on the lips upon application.
• The Supra Matte Liquid Lipstick has a small doe foot applicator that is easy to use on the outer corners of my lips.
• It leaves a beautiful stain on my lips after eating or drinking and that stain can last a whole day.
• True to its promise- sets quick into a matte finish in minutes, transfer proof, kiss proof, and waterproof.

What I don't like:

• Since I have pigmented lips, to begin with, the Supra Matte Liquid Lipstick nude shades Pinatubo and Mayon don't show their true color even if I add another layer on my lips.
• Two colors from Supra Matte Liquid Lipstick like Pinatubo and Mayon is not flat. It has a little gloss/shine once it dries matte. 
• A bit hard to remove even if I use my oil-based makeup remover.

Will I repurchase? Yes, not for myself as I still have these babies to finish but for my family and friends. 

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.5/5 rating. Natura Organics did not fail on their promise of giving a pigmented, easy to apply, long-lasting, and comfortable to wear matte lipstick. The creamy texture and cooling sensation are the features that matte lipstick addicts will love.

     If you're planning to switch from a certified organic and vegan brand, I will highly recommend Natura organics. They have certificates from abroad that will ensure you of being committed to using only certified organic materials, they do not discharge toxic chemical wastes into the atmosphere, do not do animal testing, and are 100% vegan.
