Product Review: W.Lab Clear Finish Gel Liner

     I always find myself in makeup haven every time I visit altheakorea.ph website. When it was launched last year, I did some makeup shopping and bought products that's not available locally. It was a great experience because the products I bought did not fail and made into my makeup must-haves list.

     One of the brands that I swear when it comes to quality and performance is my W.Lab Clear Finish Gel Liner. Despite the hefty price tag, I still find it worth every peso because it's the only eyeliner that lasted more than 10 hours on my not so oily but panda eyelids without smudging and smearing.      This eyeliner gel has a built in brush on the other end of the pen. If you have shaky hands and still can't get the hang of drawing straight lines this brush is a big help. You can also choose from three shades like Matt Black for bigger and well defined eyes, Deep Brown for making eyes naturally fascinating, and Glam Brown for making graceful beautiful eyes with delicate pearl.

instructions for use: Draw a line on your eyelids using the eyeliner to create natural and thick lines. For beginners, you may use the brush by getting a decent amount of gel use the brush to create a line.

What I like:

• The packaging is unique because it has a built in brush and sharpener in one end.
• No weird or funky smell.
• The texture is gel like that glides smoothly on my eyelids.
• It's easy to use, drawing a thin and thick line is a breeze.
• The brush that comes with it makes drawing more easy for shaky hands.
• This is an automatic pen type eyeliner and the sharpener that comes with it is used for creating fine lines.
• It is very pigmented and the color payoff is opaque
• Lasts up to 10-12 hours on my not so oily lids.
• No smudging even on a hot day.
• Doesn't wear off easily and no bleeding.
• I can control the intensity of the lines that I'm doing on my eyelids.
• Can be easily removed using an eye makeup remover.
• Contains natural ingredients that care for the skin around the eyes.
• Sealed upon purchase.
• Batch, manufacturing and expiry date printed on the label.

What I don't like:

• The price can be steep for budget conscious individuals.
• Not easily accessible because you have to buy it only and wait for days or weeks for the shipment.

Will I repurchase? Yes! I'll also try Deep Brown color.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 5/5 rating. I'll give it a perfect score even though I still cringe on my seat because of the hefty price tag if you'll buy it based on SRP. This is the kind of product where I'll say you really get what you've paid for. No panda eyes, no smudging, no bulging, no smearing, and all the qualities that an eyeliner addict is looking for is already here in W.Lab Clear Finish Gel Liner. 

     There's this one incident where I fell asleep and when I woke up, my eye liner was still intact. But don't do that okay? Always remove your makeup no matter how sleepy or dead tired you are!
